1. Product Use & Assumption of Risk

Vector Designs PC cases are intended for use by experienced PC builders or individuals comfortable with computer assembly.
By purchasing and assembling our products, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Assembly involves tools, small parts, and sharp edges that may pose a risk of injury if used improperly.

  • Electrical components (such as power supplies, GPUs, and motherboards) are not manufactured by Vector Designs and carry their own risks and warranties.

  • You are solely responsible for following safe assembly practices and manufacturer instructions for all third-party components.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vector Designs is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the assembly, handling, or use of our products.

  • We are not responsible for damage to third-party computer components, including but not limited to motherboards, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, or power supplies, whether caused during assembly, installation, or operation.

  • We are not liable for electrical hazards, including but not limited to electrical shock, short circuits, fires, or other incidents associated with the use of third-party electronic components.

You assume full responsibility for the assembly and use of the product.

3. Warranty

Vector Designs cases are sold as-is with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, modification, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage to third-party components

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before shipping.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Vector Designs and may not be used without our written permission.
